The U-verse System Downtime Tool (USDOTT) is a web application that records and tracks sales orders and trouble case information. U-verse CSR’s use the system to store customer, order and trouble case information when core systems are unavailable. In order to make the tool more accurate and eliminate manual human effort, we plan to build real time interfaces to the appointment calendar and trouble ticketing. These new interfaces will ensure tickets are created in a single process with correct timelines. After LS core systems return to service, all pertinent ticket information will be migrated to CRM.

Responsibilities:

· Developed a USDOTT web prototype application.

· Enhanced existing user interfaces and developed new functionality by using CFMX for each new release of USDOTT, a backup system for which is used to create orders and trouble tickets for AT&T customers.
