Responsibilities: Developed, tested, and provided on-call support for many applications including Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets using COBOL ZOS 3.4.1, Easytrieve, Endeavor, JCL & utilities, File-aid, File-manger, FTP, BAI. Set job streams in production using scheduler. Talent for recognizing ways to automate and enhance processes, including automatic email from the mainframe when an application had problems with the data and needed attention from the user. Developed and implemented a new standardized process for the reconciliation department resulting in a 95% match rate that was previously handled manually. Created and maintained numerous reports.
