IBS is a commercial real estate, site development, and business brokerage firm specializing in the Restaurant, Retail, Food Service and Food Processing industries. The firm provides business development, strategic planning and management, recruiting, and marketing services to clients in start-up, expanding and emerging brands.
I managed the day-to-day operations, sales, training and new business development implementation by establishing and enforcing strategic goals, policies and procedures, including total profit and loss accountability. I used statistical reports to drive bottom line results and workflow optimization. I analyzed commercial real estate contracts, negotiated leases and business terms, performed market comps/analyses to determine site availability, identified target markets and ensured that the real estate transactions were aligned with the financial and operating objectives of the client.

Developed and managed 100 new and existing key accounts totaling $5 million annual sales. Negotiated contracts, managed inventory and merchandising, executed current marketing programs and developed and implemented long-term business plans for the territory. I tracked sales progress, obtained sales/production goals, and determined pricing/marketing strategies at appropriate profit margins. Repeat business and a high number of referrals resulted from dedication to customer service, impeccable follow through and support to clients, which lead to increased sales. Frequency of purchase orders increased by 42% territory ranked in the top 5% in the region, and consistently exceeded sales quotas by 15%.
