Perform maintenance and repairs on AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Building Automated System and all associated electrical controls and mechanical building comfort and fire systems (including pumps and plumbing). Maintain and monitor condensed and chilled water flow by adjusting VFDs. Monitor contractor work and generate work orders using Mark V as needed.
