JOB EXPERIENCE

2001 – 2011 Prefabricados Indalo S.L. and Prefabricados Castelo S.A. (Joint venture) (Vera – Almería) (Aspe – Alicante) Spain.

These factories used to employ about 70 to 90 workers each, depending on production requirements.

Performed tasks:

Factory manager, in charge of the production, organization and resource optimization.

Running two production plants at the same time, one in the area of Vera in the Almeria province and the other in Aspe in the Alicante province.

These two factories were dedicated to the production of concrete prefab elements for the construction of housing developments, industrial and commercial halls, civil constructions and a wide range of elements intended for varied purposes.

Type of prefab elements:

Hollow core prestressed slabs.

Prestressed beams. (long span beams for warehouses and bridge beams)

Reinforced concrete wall elements.

Reinforced concrete columns and beams.

Concrete blocks.

Pavement blocks.

In this period of time I was also involved in the element erection

tasks, acting as a site manager in many projects.

Factory manager of a prefab concrete plant in Sarria (Province of Lugo) Spain.

This factory used to employ about 30 to 50 workers, depending on production requirements.

It was dedicated to the production of concrete prefab elements for the construction of slabs, i.e.: blocks, beams, light concrete blocks (trade mark “Arliblocks”, made of expanded clay aggregates).

Production of reinforced slab elements for housing projects.

Production of concrete pipes.

1991 – 2000 Prefabricados Indalo S.L. (Vera – Almería) Spain.
