Seeking the Sales Executive position where I can utilize my engineering experience, and education to bring the job to its highest value. Since my honorable Marine Corps discharge, I have completed my Master’s degree in Business and on behalf of my clients, personally constructed and acquired over 3 million square feet of commercial space. I then marketed and managed this product to the manufacturing. Most of the users need rail delivered product for their manufacturing. I brought in the rail service from multiple providers. I managed up to 5 sales and construction individuals on site. This resulted in 600 purchase, sale, lease, and construction transactions, for over 6,000,000 million square feet, and a value of over $300,000,000.00. Additionally I have negotiated operational cost savings, and tax reductions with both state and municipal groups. Thank you for taking the time to review my resume.
