I then marketed and managed this product to the manufacturing. Most of the users need rail delivered product for their manufacturing. I brought in the rail service from multiple providers. I managed up to 5 sales and construction individuals on site. This resulted in 600 purchase, sale, lease, and construction transactions, for over 6,000,000 million square feet, and a value of over $300,000,000.00.
