As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, responsibilities includes develop test plans, test scripts and user cases. Coordinate SIT, UAT and reusable regression testing. Report defects and follow up on resolutions. Test scripts, cases and defects are kept in Mercury Quality Center software package. Reported daily to Management Team on testing progress, defects and resolutions.

As a member of the Business Analyst Team, responsibilities included analyzing and documenting business processes and translating user requirements to software development teams. Worked closely with the IT partners to provide guidance and resolve issues.

As a member of the Business Analyst team, responsibilities included creating test plans, test scripts and user cases for stand-alone and web/online applications. Coordinated system and regression testing. Reported defects and followed up on resolution. Worked closely with the Business Unit and IT partners to ensure a successful and accurate test. Helped set up test environment. Was responsible for large team effort of end-to-end testing on large web and mainframe systems.

As a member of the IT Infrastructure Team, responsibilities included writing coding and requirements standards for the IT Department. Also, worked on the CIGNA2 team preparing the UAT runbook, working with PA to schedule jobs and monitored jobs during execution.

Eli Lilly Corporation (May 2001 – Dec.2002)

As Senior Lead Analyst on a SAP/GBIP SD (Global Business Integration Project) conversion project, management responsibilities include control of day-to-day aspects of the project, track and dispose of issues and gaps, provide project status report, resolve issues and change requests; assume responsibility for timely completion of the project.

Analyst responsibilities include application analysis, writing functional and design specifications, data mapping to legacy systems, coding, writing of test scripts and plans, executing test plans using Mercury TestDirector 7.2 and implementation of various applications. The current environment is an IBM Mainframe, using MVS, COBOL, DB2, SAS and UNIX/ORACLE/SQL.

First Energy Corporation (October 1999 – April 2001)

As Senior Analyst on an Outsourcing Project for a major energy supplier, responsibilities included production support of the time entry system; application analysis, design and testing for system enhancements; worked closely with users to resolve technical and procedural issues which required good communication and analytical skills. Environment was an IBM 3090 using JCL, COBOL II, CICS, DB2, and EXPEDITER.

Dunlap Tire Company (July 1999 – September 1999)

As Team Leader on a Y2K project for a major tire manufacturer, responsibilities included project and resource scheduling; development of testing preparation, testing process and validation methodology; scheduling and conducting meetings with the Business Analysts and

application users to define testing, validation criteria and acceptance requirements; identification, documentation and resolution of issues; attended weekly status meetings with Y2K Executive and Y2K Segment Manager. Documentation was done using WORD and EXCEL.

Firestone Tire Corporation (September 1998 – June 1999)

As Team Lead/Senior Analyst on a Y2K project for a major tire manufacturer, responsibilities included creating and implementing the Work Plan, Test Design Reports and Test Assumptions with sign-off required by the Business Owner Managers and Application Manager. Other

responsibilities included preparing test environment which was IBM mainframe using JCL, COBOL, DB2 and IMS. Documentation was done using WORD and EXCEL.

Key Bank (November 1997 – September 1998)

As Technical Lead on a Y2K project at a major bank for nine (9) applications, responsibilities included systems analyst, documentation including the Work Plan, Test Design Report containing Test Scripts, Testing Cycle Matrix, Test Resource Requirements and Test Assumptions with Sign-Off required by the Business Owner Managers and Application Manager. Other responsibilities included preparing test environment, data aging using the tool FileAid/Data Ager, Version 1.0, system date and time aging using the Hourglass tool, running batch and on-line jobs and verification. Testing environment was IBM mainframe using JCL, COBOL, DB2, CICS, DYL280 and SAS. Documentation was done using MICROSOFT’S PROJECT, WORD and EXCEL. (Systems included TTA, DDA, Cash Mgmt, Comm Loan, Lockbox, Vehicle Leasing, Comm Real Estate, Asset Mgmt, Vendor Leasing)

Key Bank (September 1996 – October 1997)

As a Senior Programmer/Analyst, was responsible for analysis, data mapping, development of conversion programs, testing and implementing TAAS history to AMtrust for Employee Benefit Reporting. Environment was an IBM mainframe using COBOL, SAS, CICS, MVS/JCL, ENDEVOR, FILEAID, COMPAREX, JOBSCAN and EXPEDITOR.

Diebold Corporation (July 1995 – February 1996)

As a Senior Programmer/Analyst, was solely responsible for the design and coding of the remote time entry system for the Sales and Marketing Division. Environment was a PC application using Microfocus-Cobol, Microsoft Access and C++.

The Plain Dealer

Responsible for programming and analysis a Newspaper Delivery Forecasting System. It included extracting and updating Oracle Database using embedded SQL code in MicroFocus - COBOL. Environment was HP3000 using UNIX.

Citizen’s Insurance Company

Performed as a Senior Programmer/Analyst and key member of a team responsible for implementing the new Inland Marine System. It was on the IBM mainframe using CICS, COBOL and their own PMS system.

General Electric

Automated a manual scrap material reporting system. Analyzed and designed reports using PC-Microfocus Cobol. The data was imported to EXCEL spreadsheets and used to produce statistical graphs for management review. This reduced the time to produce these reports from days to hours.
