ACADEMIC PROJECT:

Motion Estimation based Frame Rate Up Conversion

Description:

Motion estimation searches for the block which has the minimum difference (cost) with

the processed block. The initial interpolated frame and its pixel reliability are subsequently estimated from these two predictions. Trilateral filtering used to correct the unreliable pixels and fill up the missing values in the initial frame estimation, with the help of reliability mask.
