EXPERIENCE:
Flexographic Press Operator-Performed daily operation of multi color Flexographic label presses: Mark Andy 4150, 10”, 10 color, Mark Andy 2200, 13”, 10 color, Nilpeter FA-3300, 13”, 8 color, and Webtron 750, 7.5”, 7 color. I have worked with UV and Waterbased inks, produced custom color matches utilizing Spectrophotometer. I have worked with Flexible, Rotary and Air Eject dies. I have produced roll-to-roll, fanfolded, sheeted and coupon labels. I have used Analog and Digital Flexo plates. Run jobs according to customer and job specifications. Utilize department systems and processes for job reporting and tracking. I Provided Press Proofs that met customer approval in a timely manner. Have the ability to troubleshoot and correct mechanical and quality problems. Obtain required approvals and ensured documents and samples are completed for every run. I maintained a clean workstation.
Press Assistant-Mount plates to cylinders, set up press by supplying press operator with materials, inks, dies and cylinders. Maintained press during operator’s breaks and lunch and breakdown press at conclusion of production run. Washed plates and returned for filing.
