As Project Manager used to manage the end to end delivery of customer facing Network Rollout projects to cost, time and quality requirements where projects may range from 1,500 to 2000 sites swaps or upgrades for 2G and 3G with the following plan (UMTS2100 swap, GSM900/1800 swap + UMTS900 roll out), a value of several million Euros and are typically 9 – 18 months in duration.
Project Management experience of managing complex Network Rollout Projects with proven responsibility in all phases; - pre-sales, pre-study, project delivery.

PROJECT: CSL NWM Project (a subsidiary of Australia’s Telstra Corporation)
Swapping out CSL's existing 2G/3G base stations with ZTE SDR base stations, CSL and ZTE chose the MWC event in Barcelona to claim that they had achieved a world first by demonstrating HSPA+ capability - 21Mbps base station sector capacity - on an SDR platform.
The SDR project in Hong Kong was very innovative, boasting a quad-band antenna solution covering the frequency bands for which CSL have licenses: 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2.1GHz and the 2.6GHz 4G license.
CSL’s Hong Kong SDR-based HSPA+ network project has set many first industry records.
• The world’s first all-IPHSPA+ commercial network;
• The world’s first large-scale SDR-based application
• The first large-scale migration project.

Responsibilities:
Supervision of the rollout of up gradation of CSL NWM, s existing NSN infrastructure with a fully integrated 2G and 3G ZTE equipment .
Lead and manage the project/subproject organization in order to get the project initiation, preparation, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing done according to ZTE project processes and principles.
Lead and manage the project according to contractual scope and commitment against project budget.
Communicate accurate rollout demand figures for demand planning process.
Ensure that the project (roll-out CW& TI) end to end targets are met.
Lead and monitor the project/sub project team including construction/Installation/Logistics/commissioning and MW teams.

Responsibilities:
Preparing, developing and implementing the project activities and the roll out/maintenance (CW&TI). Manage the maintenance operations of the client’s telecommunications network of the entire project in the zone as per agreed business plan.
Managing Site acquisition team, civil team, commissioning team, transmit ion team regarding site issues.
Managing Integration of Flexi BTS, Commissioning of Microwave Equipment.
Conducting meetings regarding site by site issues with the support of project manager.
Managing teams of managed services for the clearance of trouble shooting of issues in the zone and also managing the team of optimization for better network quality.

I joined IKAN engineering services Pakistan as a Construction Engineer in Civil Department. And then permoted as a senior construction Engineer on Ericsson project.

Supervision of the site construction activities involving technical decisions for execution of these activities and there progress monitoring in accordance with the specified work schedules.
Coordinating designer and providing necessary details of the selected areas (layout/location plans and area condition) for the preparation of the Detail Engineering Design (DED) of the sites.

a. Civil inspection: Inspecting the overall civil work of site and workmanship in accordance with the approved Design and standards.
b. Tower inspections: Inspecting the tower material galvanizing, paint (microns) and its strength (tightening) in Accordance with the approved design.
c. Environmental inspection: Inspecting the environmental systems (A/C, Fire fighting and generator) and Checking the proper routing and functioning of system failure alarm signals.
