Responsibilities: Project Lead engineer for 2 Gas Gathering and Product Pipeline. Co-ordinate interdisciplinary (DCS –SIS) work within project. EPC and end user contact point for technical matters. Project plan and manufacturing plan scheduling and tracking.

Chevron Oronite, New Orleans, USA

Responsibilities: Chevron Oronite is a blending and shipping project for fuel additives. The scope of the project is design of the batch process and configuration templates used for batch application support. Interaction with end user for input gathering, process understanding and finalization of the project configuration standards. Design of third party interface with SAAB (on modbus - PCDI) and PHD (via OPC). Also for initial part worked as front office engineer to support the back office team. This project is replacement of existing non Honeywell batch system with Honeywell TPB and EPKS. It is blending operation consists of more than 600 recipes which will be optimized for 24 class based recipes using the TPB class based and EPKS template based approach. Training of the resources on TPB.

Shire Atlas, Atlanta USA

Responsibilities: Shire Human genetic Therapies was an EPKS based project involving extensive use of Recipe Management and UCMs. This was an extremely important project from the US market point of view as this would help them generate cheap drugs at a very fast pace using the new concept of disposable containers. Worked as back office Project Lead engineer and overall quality lead for the Bio Pharma Batch project. This project scope was to design the phases using functional specifications, develop and validate the application using GAMP standards. Use of Adobe Acrobat for paperless reviews, approval and testing of the design documents / deliverables. The overall project progress, change management, document life cycle were tracked through the online application called as Quickbase. Design and implementation of Profibus and Foundation fieldbus. Batch application developed using Experion Batch Manager (UCM, RCM and SCM). This project was spread in 15 units with approximately 200 RCM’s and 700 SCM’s. CM, SCM and RCM were developed using templates. Extensive use of EPKS features such as Aliasing, substitute parameters, instances to optimize the number of sequences. Use of CDB’s for efficient data storage. Use of Unit based graphics concept to optimize graphics count where same type of graphics display is used with different tagnames for similar units. First of its kind pharma project where EBM was used on such extensively. To train the resources prepared guidelines and working demos on the EBM , developed flow chart of project process flow chart to educate the engineers to do their task independently.

AMS Support, UK

System: R301, R210, Plantscape

Responsibilities:

AMS support engineer for various Honeywell supplied systems at Scotland. Responsibilities include:

Whyte & Mackay Distillery: Existing relay based logic changed to Plantscape with more automation used to replace existing manual operation of the section. DDS development from the existing manual operations and relay based logic. Commissioning support like system power up and start up support, flex station installation, Loop checks, software change implementation. Modbus RTU Communication set up with weigh controllers. Automation of the cooking system and there auto scheduling in EPKS.

Macallan Distillery: Migration of Plantscape system to Experion R301. Responsibilities include migration of the existing plantscape database and graphics to Experion R301. Setup and configuration of Server and flex stations. Support at startup.

J&J Lifescan Pharmaceuticals: Support for report configuration which further included for validation and system upgrade from R301.1 to R301.2.

Responsibilities: Project engineer for design development of DDS, FAT/SAT specifications and Template, CM/SCM development in India.

Project lead engineer during FAT and system start up / commissioning support at UK.
