Incharge of Sales & Marketing of the steel structured buildings making the quote request forms to the principle company Emirates Building Systems Co LLC, Dubai HO based on the available drawings and as per the client’s requirements and to obtain the work order by co-ordinating with the client and the Head Office.

Estimation of materials, material cost and labour costs involved in the project.

Incharge of handling the site activities of various projects including the structural steel sheds of Muscat International Airport thus making the project plans and on-time completion of project at minimal cost.

Also incharge of expediting the construction-Civil works of Al Masarat Engineering & trading L.L.C and see to it that the site runs continuously with the materials ready in hand at the required stage of work and also managing the manpower.

CAMPCO Chocolate Factory, Puttur, India

Designation: Maintenance Engineer, June 2010 to May 2011.

Description:

Was incharge of installation & maintenance of the heavy machines used for chocolate production and hence see to it that the production is not hampered in any stage.

Responsible for optimum utilization of manpower effectively in the particular shift such that target for the day is achieved.

Remanufacturing of any part that is damaged in the process of chocolate production by various known efficient engineering & fabrication methods in the workshop.

Also responsible to handle the external R&D team from Cadbury’s India Ltd to see to the troubleshooting of any machines during the experiments.

St Joseph Engineering College, Vamanjoor, Mangalore.

Designation: Lecturer in the department of Mechanicall Engineering, August 2009 to May 2010.

Description:

Improve the quality of teaching by making power point presentations and using various communication tactics to make the course interesting and learning easier and simpler to the students.

Was incharge of handling the placements, thus introducing the college to various companies and thus inviting them to pick students who are fully trained to adapt to the working atmosphere and work in the chosen work sector.

To train the students of all Engineering branches to crack the placement interview efficiently by improving their technical & analytical skills and also giving them a platform for improving the communication skills to be successful in the group discussions.
