Headed team of 5 in executing pre-construction submittal activities, processing purchase orders, establishing budgets, and handling subcontractor agreements. Contributed to project negotiations with government clients including the Army Corps of Engineers, Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Luke Air Force Base, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, and the Border Patrol.

Led team design and development of company’s 1st system to manage submittals, purchase orders, subcontracts, requests for information, and project costs.
