Qtweet is Twitter client for the Android platform. On this client we can create new posts, edit the existing ones and view other people posts. Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service, that allows its users to send and read other user’s updates. We are developing. Twitter application in mobile device using Android Operating System. This Android operating system is open source operating system developed especially for the mobile devices and works only in 3G mobiles.
