Specific duties: To develop the Preventive Maintenance Inspection schedule for all plumbing systems, plumbing piping, infrastructure drainage systems to include all potable water production, storage and distribution systems and components. To maintain database of all plumbing activities. To provide Safety training to Plumbing Crews. To supervise job assignments to skilled and semi skilled employees, laborers and helpers.
