Position: General Manager

Responsibilties:

Managed day to operations for Local Franchise Owner within the Portable Storage Industry

Supervised Customer Service, Transportation, and Warehouse Techs

Scheduled daily logistics for all customer deliveries

Created monthly remittance, daily work logs, and various management reports, including payroll

Responsible for sales and advertising, including internet marketing using pay per click, search engine optimication for company website.

Responsible for budget implementation and P&L knowledge

Negotiated contracts with current and future vendors

Supervised all DOT logs on Drivers and large trucking equipment. ( International Truck with 35' flatbed trailer, moffett and all warehouse forklifts.)

Held daily planning meetings with each department to ensure product quality and client deadlines were both met and exceeded;

Submitted files from clients to graphic artist for position and quality color proofs;

Multi-tasked day-to-day projects within the printing and bindery production departments;
