Coordinate and Manage Capacity Constraint and provide guidance to Senior Leadership Team (SLT), alerting on network constraints, recommending preventative mitigation, and forecasting network trends to prioritize work flow in order to ensure the appropriate levels of attention is given to network constraints that can be customer impacting . Held monthly meetings with SLT to review KPI.

• Project Manage the design and implementation of the Backbone Network and new methodologies for reporting and forecasting usage. Review comprehensive studying of the network edge interconnect, and analyzed Commercial, Peering, and Transit Providers usage behaviors. Oversee the implementation/network upgrade from the installation of Voice Over IP Network and the roll out Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Circuits, T1, P2P and Optical Carrier (OC) circuit. Also produce studies on how the implementation affects network capacity.

Capacity Engineer

• Provided a comprehensive study for the sizing and optimization of Comcast Backbone and Core Network. Played a key role with OSS on networking reporting issues.

• Wrote scripts in VB & SQL to consistently trended and forecasted ISP/RAN and Backbone elements to predict capacity exhaust.
