Senior Project Buyer/Subcontract Administrator (Contract)

• Created an all-encompassing master engineering agreement for civil, structural, and piping services which included pay scales and rates by trade. Reduced contracting costs from in excess of 4.82% on an estimated $46.9M annual spend.
