• Extensive experience in project management, manufacturing process and continuous improvement in electrical and mechanical environment

• Excellent knowledge in SMT, Pin Through Hole processes, ICT, Functional Test and System Test

• Excellent ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, develop training metrics, and keep customer's satisfaction at the highest level possible

• Excellent understanding of manufacturing principles, methods and planning, materials and tool design (Jigs and Fixtures)

• Extensive experience in setting up process flow and floor space (cells) for new product introductions and product transfers from various manufacturing plants

• Extensive experience in scheduling and conducting daily production, meetings with upper management and clients (Alcatel, Lucent and EFI)

• Extensive knowledge in resource allocation to different sectors to remove the bottlenecks in the production flow

• Excellent knowledge on ISO and IPC 610 and IPC 620 standards, RoHS, WHMIS, Safety and WCM

• Able to work with minimum supervision under various work load and stress

• Able to appreciate and maintain proper level of confidentiality

• Problem solving oriented, well-organized, efficient, quick learner, self-motivated and have excellent communicational skills

• Member of ASQ
