I was an Information Security officer in the Israeli Navy, commanding up to 50 soldiers at a time, and have held several civilian positions both managing and supervising. I have served as SharePoint team leader; I have supervised varying sizes of teams or departments over the years. I have managed SharePoint related departments, managed both internal and website SharePoint projects and as the department manager, offered guidance and assistance to each employee or team member in the technical, end user and business uses of SharePoint and other platforms.

I have experience as a System Administrator/IT manager and also have experience with Security, Virtualization, Infrastructure and more.

I have performed several SharePoint related roles; as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Architect, Trainer and Evangelist. I have experience with the planning, design, deployment and implementation of SharePoint and other platforms in organizations (SiteVision, Drupal, CRM, and more). I have daily experience working with customers, developers and management.

I have written many different documents, technical, training, business process analysis, and more.

I have expertise with the knowledge management and Social capabilities of SharePoint.

I am a fast and able learner, I love to learn new skills and technologies, and will gladly learn anything required, if given the chance, especially programming, with which I have experience with the C programming language.
