IT Regional Senior Manager of Infrastructure Services

For first seven years at PRC, I was responsible for several different capacity call centers ranging in size from 400 seats up to 1600 seats as the Infrastructure Site Manager. Since 2003 I have been responsible for the management of all eight South Florida locations including the corporate office as the Regional Senior Manager of the IT Infrastructure departments. This included directly managing three reporting managers and 24 technician positions in the support of over 3000 desktop workstations as well as telecomm, server and network support. • Project management and implementation with multiple IT and operations groups for systems installations in many call center expansions, co-location environment and site closures including expansion to other states
