Accomplishments
· 1 Million Hours of no lost injury time!
· Cross trained staff in filler and stacking areas to cover breaks. Led to an Increase of 4-6K lbs of product.
· Scored numerous AIB Superior Ratings in Sanitation.
· Organized a system of selling waste cartons to outside vendor and used money for employee appreciation BBQs.
· Expanded aseptic line by utilizing line operators appropriately. Led to an increase in overall production for Yoplait and decreased/eliminated Saturday overtime.
Starbucks Line: Communicated with the maintenance department to speed up the bagging line by 2 bags per min, doubling production. Assisted with implementation of a test process. Efforts led to an increase of 100,000 lbs more per year and over $100,000 dollars annual savings. Received award and bonus.
