Designing of Electrical System (SLD), Synchronising scheme, preparation of Generator tripping logics.
Inspection & Testing of Electrical Panels with Client & Consultants at Vendor place(Generator control panel, Generator relay panel, Motor control centre, power Control centre panel, NGR Panel, LAVT panel, AVR panel, Breaker panel & Bus duct)
Self visited to power plant for modification of the control panels & ERECTION .
Design and detail engineering including preparation of data sheet, specification for control panels
Designing of Electrical panels (GRP, NGR, LAVT, MCC, AVR, BUSDUCT(phase isolated and phase segregated).
Designing of Generator metering cum synchronizing panel (non-PLC and PLC based).
Proficiency in detail engineering, reviewing, finalization and approval of the drawings.
Attending project technical, progress and proposed review meeting with Client & Consultant.
Involvement in Operation & Maintenance works.
Preparing of all sizing calculations including System fault level calculations, Busbar (HT<), CT, PT sizing, NGTR sizing.
Preparing of product technical write-up as per the customer requirements
Review of Drawings and Documents submitted by Consultant.
Loop checking between the panels and testing of the panels.
