As a senior housekeeper my first responsibility was to distribute the day’s task to my staff. Also assist the supervisor select for further training.
Help in doing all the housekeeping duties like to gather, wash and iron dirty bed linens, clean all parts of the hospital, including waiting areas, staff areas, examination rooms, wards and operating rooms, sterilize surfaces and cleaning windows.
Clean bathrooms, change bed linens, clean floors, dust surfaces. When a patient is moved from a room, we sanitize the room with specialized cleaning agents and prepares it for the next patient.
Empty garbage cans and dispose of trash in Dumpsters.
