Managed the installation for Tray Loader and Unloader project for B. Braun Medical in Irvine to ensure the Bill Of Material, print package, and other accuracy in build documentation. Provided shop floor guidance and support to the project team and facilitated internal pre-acceptance tests to verify that systems met contractual deliverables during buy-off.

Reduced the Punch list items from eight pages to one page.

Improved communications and built an excellent team between ATS and B. Braun Technicians and Engineers.

One tray loader and one unloader signed off and released to production.
