Objective

To obtain a long term position as a estimator , project superintended,PM with a well established firm.

Qualifications Over 20 years of experience in the construction field working both sides as an estimator as well as a project superintended. Through my time in the construction industry I have been able to establish long term client relationships. I am able to set project priorities and directly manage superintendents and subcontractors. My experience is both in the commercial and residential fields Employment: Richardson Construction Inc. 10 Years Estimator, Project Manager, Superintendent Most of our work was Public Works as in City of Las Vegas, No. Las Vegas, Clark County, City of Henderson, Water District some T/I work, Renovations. My job is to go through the plans send off any RFI’s that needed to be asked, consider all addenda that are issued, spread project in a excel spreadsheet format and make a complete visible for the President to approve. In spreading projects I included G/C’s,OH/P in the bids. I also manage many projects.

I also project mange some of the bigger demolition projects.
