I consistently produced high quality results in 2003 and played a critical role in the year-end success of my logging team. The logging team was consolidated in February and I stepped up and took on a leadership position and implemented a logging desk scorecard that tracked incoming volumes as well as team productivity. This scorecard led to 16 consecutive weeks of the team meeting their business objectives. I also co-wrote a logging desk training manual for the team and provided education to the team to drive consistency throughout the group.
