Technical Qualification:

Three years diploma in Dairy Engineering from Board of Technical Education, Lucknow (U.P.) in 2001.

B.Tech in Chemical from J.R.N. Rajasthan Vidhyapeeth University 8th Sem Appearing.

Academic Qualification:

High School from U.P. board Allahabad in1994.

Intermediate from U.P. board Allahabad in1997

C.I.C. (Certificate in Computing) from IGNOU.

Worked Experience:

Worked with M/s VRS Foods Limited (Paras), Gulawati, Bulandshahr as Shift Officer since Aug. 2001 to Sept. 2005.

Worked with M/s Mahan proteins Limited, Mathura (UP) as Section in Charge from Oct 2005 to Aug. 2007.

Worked with M/s Milk Specialties Ltd. (Milk Time) 25th k.m. Delhi - Chandigarh highway Chandigarh As Production Head since Sept. 2007 to 1 nov.

Job Profile:

o Responsible for achieving production targets for the large objective of the organizational goal achievement .

o Milk batch standardization for further production

o Responsible for cross checking of quality of raw milk before using in the process.

o Responsible of maintaining quality parameters for skim milk, ghee, skimmed milk powder, whey powder & dairy whitener as per HACCP/ISO 9001 standards.

o Responsible for proper house keeping & maintaining hygienic condition in the plant.

o Responsible for coordinating with utility section for maintenance work in different production section.

o Responsible for proper packaging of Dairy Whitener, SMP, Whey powder and Ghee as per pre-decided policy in this regard.

o Responsible for optimal utilization of all the resources for achieving productivity.

o Coordinate with utility & quality section for all the aforesaid sections work as and when required.

Strong analytical & reasoning ability & interpersonal skills.

Able to handle HACCP plan .

Knowledge of industrial hygiene and personal hygiene.

Knowledge of TQM.

Ability to take up new challenges & willingness to learn.

Ability to handle and lead a group.
