• Operate and monitor system performance for AS400 for FedEx Ground Support (in PA) and 30-40 systems for Supply
• Chain Services (in Ohio)
• Monitor system backups for errors using consolidated counseling monitoring system (HP Openview) for a 24/7 operation
• Monitor job streams and report errors, accordingly, to appropriate support personnel via Service Center ticketing software
• Troubleshoot messages via OVO (Open view to monitor systems) for UNIX and AS/400 errors, etc.
• Schedule backups via BRMS for I-Series
• Monitor LAN Servers via HP Insight Manager
• Monitors Mimix (software that copies everything for backup every 30 seconds) on iSeries systems
