Wrote MOI, coordinate script between local TV station, local newspaper, media crew, and installation Directorates. Screened and developed Public Service Announcements (PSA) for each broadcast.

• Served as the Army Suggestion Program Coordinator. Manages customer suggestions, promotes program on installation, reports to Garrison Command, train personnel, and forward good ideas towards ACOE and L6Σ.

DA IMCOM; DPW-Environmental Fort Sill, OK Oct 2005-Aug 2007

• Program Manager for NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) analysis on all construction and soil disturbance on Fort Sill, being Category Exclusions, Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements submitted by all installation tenants.

• Served as the Installation Liaison for BRAC (Base Realignment and Closure) EA between other federal, state, and local governments, Tribal, and private contractors.

• Reported quarterly data calls to Army Env. Command covering; Compliance, Program Management, Permits, and Drinking Water Regulations on the installation.

• Assisted in lead based paint and asbestos contractor monitoring; storm water runoff monitoring; installation environmental inspections; and hazardous waste turn in and disposal.
