Provided administrative support and office management for the Community Economic Development manager and staff, Conservation Services supervisor and staff, and back-up to Executive Assistant for Executive Manager of Community Services. Track budget activities; review for abnormalities and generate monthly reports. (PeopleSoft, Oracle Database) Type and edit letters and other correspondence (To include correspondence thorough the SharePoint site for the General Manager’s office,) schedule and organize meetings, maintain calendars, answers phones, receive guests and assist customers. Communications/State Board of Education – Provide high level administrative support to the Executive Assistant, Program Administrator, and State Board members in the office of the State Board of Education, under minimal supervision.
