Assist Quality Assurance Manager/ Quality System Administrator in maintaining the Quality Manual System, all Administrative Dashboard and Bench mark reports all Quality reports, Supplier Corrective Actions Reports (s.c.a.r) and Preventive Actions reports, workmanship standard and procedures, document control, issuing and updating Corrective Action internal and external to all and key Suppliers. Assist in return material authorization return to vendor, return sales orders, updating and maintaining the Supplier’s performance reports, entering and maintain all data in Oracle and Discovery. Responsible for all PowerPoint presentations for Quality meetings, summit purchase requisition, expense reports, interacts with the Quality Engineer, Buyers and Commodity Managers within the Telect Corporation that includes Global regions, analyzes and solves quality problems involved in quality improvement projects and continuous improvement. Provide technical support and analysis for the Quality Assurance Dept. reliability issues for new product testing and protocol, support of manufacturing that consist of using various measuring tools and reading control blueprints, quality plans, SPC summiting ECO’s , Deviation, MDR’s. Knowledge in ISO 9000-9001 TL 9000 authorizes as a Internal Auditor participates in off site auditing. Good written and verbal communication and organizational skills
