• Maintain hardware and software environments to include Mainframe, Midrange and Network Operations. Manage the change Management process

• Assist in the recovery methodology and offsite management processes. Ensure that Disaster Recovery documentation is in place and current. Perform necessary testing and due diligence to ensure that the recovery procedures are adequate and accurate

• Involved in the capacity planning team and provide proactive plans for hardware and software upgrades. Projects yearly growth requirements into the budget.
