• Bank Statement files that are in FEBREBAN format are made available to SAP R/3 .The Inbound control triggers a new object which posts the transactions into SAP R/3.

The interfaces used Connect:Direct as the file transfer tool. For France, used standard SAP functionality called Payment Medium Workbench (PMW).
• SAP automatically creates a file containing payment information once the payment program is processed. The file is set up according to the Comma Delimited Format (CSV). This file is then made available to the Bank.

Raw Material Receipts SAP-Conex
• Developed an Outbound interface; transmitting Purchase order information from SAP to Conex that results into Pro Forma invoice in conex system. This was achieved by using IMPINV01 basic type in the IDOC. It also involved adding Z-segment to the basic type. Data was filled in Z-segment by using Customer Exits.
Since Conex system required PO’s belonging to a particular Purchase organization; filtering on PO type and PO Org was done in Distribution model.
Transfer Pricing - Easyway-SAP
• Extraction of Master data and Transactional data from SAP onto Presentation server for uploading into Legacy system (Easyway) manually, where Transfer pricing calculation takes place.
