SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Directed all criminal and fraud investigations supporting commanders base protection programs at 4 large military installations. Supervised 30 investigators conduct 70 criminal investigations and produce 100+ intelligence and threat reports while maximizing limited resources and funds. RESULTS: Facilitated protection of base employees, their families and millions of dollars in Department of Defense equipment. Programs and management recognized by senior leadership as the model for future programs and policies.
• Supervised the daily operations of a large US training institution totaling $300M in training resources and contracts to support 653 personnel at 75 facilities. Managed the institutions employee development programs to ensure full delivery of services to 45,000 company employees for worldwide assignments. RESULTS: Program management oversight enabled the institution to receive ratings of Outstanding/Excellent in 15 corporate training audits.
• Managed budgeting, contracts and support programs for $2M small company. Specifically responsible for oversight to all company contracts to include contract linguists and analysts, communications and systems. Interfaced with customer and primary contracting officials to identify unit’s needs and contract personnel qualifications. RESULTS: Superior interface with numerous contracting companies lead to the company 100% manned with qualified contract personnel and within budgets. The company was recognized by contracted personnel as a model company to work for.
• Led creation of new training program for a large European organization to assist them support United Nations programs. Directly responsible for the instructional design and legal review for the organization. RESULTS: Training was requested by 23 different countries with 90% of attendees rating the program Excellent and critical to future EUROZONE success aiding United Nations programs. The program was recognized for several achievements and was granted an additional 50K in funds to design additional training seminars.
