• Resolve incidents using a web-based ticketing system, tracking progress on issues and commenting on solutions and avenues of minimizing future issues.

• Instruct clients on their individual technical concerns/issues so that they could resolve those issues in the future.

• Work with various peripherals, including printers, iPads, stereo equipment, Interwrite Tablets, printers, scanners, cameras, etc.

System Support Technician

Austin Energy – MRSW Management Contractor

• Provide phone and in-person support for clients at municipal energy provider

• Manage incidents using a web based ticket system, tracking problems from creation through resolution and follow-up

• Install and configure hardware and software for users according to client policy

• Forward inventory tracking information to the inventory manager, move and manage systems in stock, and order replacement warranty parts

• Maintenance of client computer systems, including installation/removal of hardware and software.
