I have 15 years of experience providing project survey support for design, construction and boundary projects using GPS, Robotic and conventional methods. Project activities have included right-of-way plat preparation, Certified Survey Map preparation, section corner recovery and monumentation, construction staking and layout of complex facilities, topographic and cross-section surveys, settlement monitoring and control surveys. Experienced in the use of MicroStation and AutoCad, In-roads, both survey software and design software, Civil3D, Trimble Geomatics and Microsoft Project.

Activities also included support for transportation design projects and Transportation Project Plats, research and utility coordination.

March 2004 – December 2007: Baudhuin Inc., Slinger, WI.

Project Surveyor - Activities included research and development of Certified Survey Maps, Plats of Survey, Topographic Surveys, Construction Staking As-Built Surveys, project management, budgeting and estimating for projects such as residential and commercial surveys and sub-divisions. Worked closely with clients and several Municipalities to ensure projects were kept on schedule and budget.

• Responsible for layout of slope stakes, storm sewer, sub-grade, crushed-aggregate base course, concrete pavement, retaining walls, curb and gutter and monitoring of approximately 80 building structures for settlement during construction.

STH 153 – Mosinee, WI.

• Registered Land Surveyor responsible for design survey and right-of-way plat preparation. Responsible for topographic, wetland and cross-section field survey, deed take-off, research and development of existing and proposed right-of-way.

USH 51/29 Corridor – Wausau, WI.

• Responsible for establishing the existing alignment and subsequently the existing right-of-way based on the located pavement and construction plans.

Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District

Lincoln Creek Flood Control, Reaches 1-10

• Responsible for topographic and control surveys to support the design of improvements to the existing watercourse. Activities also included field survey for plat preparation and surveys of existing structures.

City of Milwaukee

North Avenue Combined Sewer Tunnel

• Responsible for line and grade of tunnel based off property lines and City of Milwaukee vertical datum. Activities included transfer of horizontal and vertical alignment to bottom of tunnel and projecting that alignment forward for control of the tunnel boring machine. Activities also included As-Built surveys of completed and existing tunnels, relocation of watermain, curb and gutter and pavement replacement, all established off of recovered property lines.

Harbor Siphon Project

• Responsible for field survey, research and Right-of-Way Plat preparation for tunnel easement acquisition in the City of Milwaukee. Activities also included project management and client communications and meetings.
