Objective
I would like to perform Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning activities in Instrumentation which challenge my professional capabilities and where I can optimally utilize my skills and expertise for the benefit of the project. AREAS OF PARTICULAR EXPERTISE
• Study and Review of P&ID, data sheets, Process Hook-up diagrams, detailed engineering drawings, cable schedule, loop drawings, Calibration reports, Functional logic diagrams and Vendor documents.
• Preparation of Inspection and testing plan (ITP), Quality control procedures.
• Job execution as per contract scope, approved construction drawings & QCP / ITP.
• Prepare all inspection test report, loop folder, project dossier etc.
• Preparation of Commissioning procedures, Operational test procedures, SAT procedures,
• Review and verify the SAT, FAT and IFAT reports of DCS, FGS, ESD, PSS, Air Compressor, Air Dryer, MMS, MOV, Deluge system, Tank gauging, Metering etc...
• Preparation of database in ICAPS for Instrumentation Pre-commissioning Check Sheets, Test Sheets and Commissioning Functional Test Sheets based on sub system mark-up P&ID
• Calibration & installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the all type of Instruments eg. Smart transmitters, weigh controller, Gauges, etc.
• Organize weekly meeting with the supervisors to monitor the progress.
• Organising Inspection and QC activities of project works, Co-ordination with Client for day-to-day inspection request.
• Supervision of installation and Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities like , PCS, PSS, ESD, FGS, systems, various instrument cabinets & associated interconnection wiring, field instruments like Transmitters, Pressure Gauges, Pressure Switches, Level Gauges, Level Switches, Temperature Gauges, RTDs, Thermocouples, MOV, ESDV etc, calibration activities for Control Valves, Transmitters, Safety Relief Valves..

The major project of Dolphin Energy is the Dolphin Gas Project, which involves the production and processing of natural gas from Qatar’s North Field, and transportation of the gas by offshore pipeline to the United Arab Emirates and Oman. In July 2007, the company announced it began production of gas from Qatar's North Field. The gas will be processed at Gas Processing Plant in Qatar's Ras Laffan Industrial City and then transported to the refined methane by sub-sea export pipeline from Qatar to Dolphin's Gas Receiving Facilities at Taweelah in Abu Dhabi.
Project scope covers construction & commissioning of 03 numbers of Condensate Storage Tanks, Instrument Air Compressors, Fire Water & Foam Pumps, Deluge Valves, Condensate Loading/Booster Pumps, Hydraulic Power Units, Fiscal Flow Metering skids, HVAC, Emergency Diesel Generator, FM200, Integrated Control & Safety System-ICSS (Honeywell DCS & Invensys Triconex PSS/ESD/F&G)

Construction and Commissioning
• Resource planning and mobilization on site to meet the client requirement.
• Sound knowledge in ICAPS Commissioning OPERCOM methodology Tool.
• Enforce the team to maintain safety during their jobs.
• Detail Project Planning, Scheduling & Review all Construction Documents/ Drawings.
• Coordination, technical discussion and obtaining approval from the client about changes in the construction drawings and marked up as built drawing.

• Preparation of Instrument loop checks folders.
