Current position

2008 – Date Mincom – Product Manager CCLAS LIMS and Assay Management

Mincom is a leading global software solutions and services provider to asset-intensive industries. As a Product Manager my role includes:

Identify customers future requirements of the Scientific laboratory and Assay Management systems

Writing high level product requirements documents

Production of detailed software specification documents

Organising the design and development of the products

Signing off user acceptance procedures and use cases

Managing global sales and development partners.

Build global sales and marketing plans

Manage the profitability of the products

Present roadmaps and solutions to existing and potential customers
