• Created, analyzed, processed and tracked ECRs, ECOs, MCOs, Deviations and other related change and release

optimize department throughput. Established strong working relationships with all business units to quickly
and accurately process change/release orders and structure new products. Provided direction and guidance
to all team members to ensure adherence to all configuration management and document control processes,
practices and release requirements.

Configuration Management Support Specialist, BAE Systems, San Jose, CA May 2007-April 2010
Responsible for Document Control/Configuration Management activities for this defense contractor’s Future
Combat Systems (FCS) and Mine Resistant Ambush Protection (MRAP) programs for the U.S. military. Ensured
accuracy of Bills of Material (BOMs), engineering drawings, specifications and related documentation prior to
release. Department representative on Configuration Change Board. Nominated for 2009 Chairman’s Bronze
Award for excellence.
ECO Analyst, Hitachi, San Jose, CA September 2006-May 2007
Performed detailed product component materials validation per the European Union’s Restriction of Hazardous
Substances (RoHS) directive. Worked closely with in-house engineering/materials groups as well as domestic
and international vendors and manufacturers to document and ensure strict compliance to RoHS requirements
for this company’s enterprise storage Solid State Disk Drive products.
