Business System Analyst
Bus Lane, Red Light Violation Project: This project involves requirement analysis, planning and modeling system specification to enhance the functionality of the existing NYCServ application.
This is a new violation for driving in Bus Lane restricted area. If a vehicle (non-bus) is driving in the bus lane and do not make the next available right turn, it is considered as Bus Lane Violation. Application was developed to accept and process payments against this violation. Payments can be made at Business Centers, KIOSKs or through internet.
Cigarette Tax – CTX Project: This project is to automate reporting for New York City Cigarette Activity reports. All NYC Cigarette Stamping Agent and Wholesale / Dealer Licensees can now use online form to report their wholesale cigarette activity. All NYC Cigarette Licensees dealing in wholesale cigarettes for sale, transfer or other forms of cigarette distribution in NYC must file a Form CTX-R with the appropriate schedules completed. Cigarette Stamping Agents (Agent-Jobbers), Wholesale Dealers (Sub-Jobbers) and Vending Machine Operators must report their wholesale cigarette distribution activity using this Form.
The CTX project effort includes process and technology changes and enhancements to improve the New York City Cigarette Activity submission process.
Hearing by Web Project: The New York City Department of Finance (DOF) implemented a feature on its website that allows respondents to contest parking tickets via a feature called Hearings by Web (HBW). This feature allows respondents to enter in a defense for why they believe the ticket should be dismissed or found not guilty. Also the Dept. of Finance has decided to allow respondents that request a hearing online to upload evidence related to their case.
Real Property Transfer Tax (RPTT): This tax is imposed on grants, assignments, transfers, or surrenders of real property in New York City. This implementation involves changes in NYCServ system in order to support the processing of payments received for penalty and interest imposed in Fairtax for late filing / late payments of the RPTT.
ePermits “Modernization” Project: The ePermits Modernization effort includes process and technology changes and enhancements to improve the ePermits issuance process and technology enablement for the new CAPP and OSAP permits and the existing ABPP and AOSPP permits. The new Permit Issuance leverages the current / existing ABPP ePermits Application and extends and enhances the application to meet the mayoral mandate for improved permit issuance and control.

Core Entities (Reference Data Integration Services, Reporting): This project involves requirement analysis, planning and modeling system specification to enhance the functionality of the existing Bunge applications. MDS–Market Data System: MDS is one of the core applications of BGM. Market Data System (MDS) handles various market data such as Cash prices, Futures, Options, Forex to be used by different Bunge applications. MDS has several vendor interfaces like DTN and Reuters developed to receive such market data. MDS is supporting multiple applications such as MTM and FRM for various business needs.

This project involves the basic requirements, planning and modeling system specification to enhance the functionality of the existing web site. The system automates the actual loan processing used by mortgage companies and brokers and connects the entire mortgage enterprise. Major functionality provided in the system Use Cases are Loan application (1003), Loan origination, Loan underwriting, Merged credit profile, property appraisal, Earning verifications, Title search, Count court judgment, rate assessment, Entitlement, Closing statement etc. The System automates the loan origination and underwriting process for serving clients with varying requirements in a shorter time. Liberty also provides customization of amortization as per the Debt-To-Income Ratio and other financial conditions of the borrowers and promises Lock-In on the mortgage rate.
