Served as fault management engineer with metro Ethernet network (MEN) team in Network Operating Center at DAKC, Reliance communications. I have monitored wire-line network of North India with the help of Alarm Monitoring System (AMS).

Project Undertaken
Network Delay estimation for Assisted GPS applications.
Successfully completed project about estimating delays occurring in the network for file transmission and extra delays occurring with the wireless access. The pattern of TCP and ICMP packets transmission and reception is studied and analyzed in an attempt to characterize the packet dynamics and delay observed along Internet paths over wireless as well as wire line network. Through graphs and figures obtained, we could show the difference in RTT taken by packet to reach destination and come back to source and we could comment that wire line network was better in terms of delay concerned with packet transmission and reception as compared to wireless network.
Tools worked on – Wireshark & Scapy.
“Integrated Temperature, Humidity and AC Supply Status Indicator for Navigational Aids” at Airport Authority of India, Mumbai International Airport.
Our project deals with Instrument landing system. We need to know the temperature, humidity and AC supply at various sites.
By our project we shall measure the above three parameters at various sites and send them to a centralized computer, from where it shall be displayed at different positions. Also we shall provide an alarm so that in case of any discrepancies in the data the person in charge shall be notified.
