As a member of the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) team, providing onsite customer support at the Army Geospatial Center (AGC), Ft. Belvoir. Ms. Luper, developed and maintains the JADOCS Architecture Report. She is also responsible for the equipment inventory, procurement, and distribution. Other duties include software configuration management and distribution. Ms. Luper is responsible for Field Support Representative (FSR) deployment processing to Afghanistan, Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, and Qatar. She is also responsible for weekly reports, and travel requests. Ms. Luper was also part of the JADOCS documentation team. Documentation included, updating TTP’s and approximately 200 User and System Administration manuals. Testing of fixes and version releases. Supports the JADOCS helpdesk in answering any questions the user may have. Reviewing of all software changes in the Test Track system. Other responsibilities are working with the documentation team on procedures and processes. Ms. Luper developed the helpdesk and training databases. Also designed and maintains the JADOCS web site.
Simulation Specialist (October 2001 – February 2006)

Distributed Simulation Specialist. High Level Architecture (HLA) Federation Lead, including HLA Run-time Infrastructure (RTI), Software and Federate Testing. Supported the Aerial Common Sensor (ACS) project at the Joint Procession Strike Demonstration (JPSD) at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. Technical lead for integration testing, initialization, configuration, execution, data collection and post processing of ACS federation. Provides “help desk” and on-site support for installation and operation of the ACS testbed components at remote sites. Coordinates and supports on-site and external ACS production meetings. Coordinates hardware selections, procurement, logistics, installation, setup and execution for the ACS Lab. Responsible for updating and operating 60 plus dell rack servers and 15 desktop PCs in the ACS Federation.
Technical Project Assistant (March 1996 - October 2001)

As a member of the Aggregate Level Simulation Protocol (ALSP) development team, responsibilities included: development and maintenance of tracking databases for all problem reports during confederation testing (MS Access), and throughout deployment lifecycles (FrontPage and JAVA Scripting); design, development, and maintenance of the ALSP external web site; maintenance of the internal ALSP server and all project documentation; maintenance of the ALSP mail server and authorized user list; design, development and maintenance of the Pegasus Project external web site; and technical support for users of MS Access, ColdFusion, Sybase, Apache Web Server and MS Web Server as needed. Prior to ALSP, supported the Joint Countermine Operational Simulation (JCOS). Responsibilities included compiling entity descriptions for the on-line web-based After Action Review (AAR ) tool. Maintained all documentation and periodic reports. Supported all JCOS demonstrations.
