Job Responsibilities:
• Operation maintenance & troubleshooting of Ericsson BTS and Microwave .
• Maintenance of 120 BTS sites.(114 PDH & 6 SDH Hops)
• Find hardware faults to meet customer demands within the required time frame along with analysis solution and
reports of the same.
• Recommend timely actions and solutions to customer service requests.
• Perform quality desk checks and verification test for corrections.
• Communication of Faults and solution to higher authority.
• BSC level Monitoring (during down connecty period.)
• Co-ordination with other departments such as SALES RF OMCR Electrical and Civil Vendors and handling OWNER ISSUES to ensure smooth running of the network.
Hand on Experience:
• Ericsson BTS (2202 2204 2204V2 220*-****-**** 2954 2964V2 3G) .
• MMU 2x2 4x2/8 34+2 2x2-34+2.
• Hop up gradation from 4E1 to 16E1.
• Commissioning & Integration of new BTS site.
• Microwave Commissioning.
• To provide media (E1) from BSC to Cell site (via STM PDH and SDH).
• Alarm Integration.
• Sector addition and TRX addition.
• Installation and Commissioning of Repeaters Tower Mounted Amplifiers & Tower Mounted Boosters for optimization of network
• Troubleshooting of CF alarms and External alarms within minimum possible time.
• Commissioning and Integration of 1+1 hot standby microwave hops.
• Hi-Cap and Traffic node commissioning.
• Traffic Shifting from PDH to SDH.
• Migration of Cell sites from one BSC to another BSC.
