Title 1: Remodeling and Assembling of Under-frame, Side-walls, and End-portals of Light Rail Vehicle in CATIA-V5 R16
Role: 3D-Modeling and Drafting of parts in CATIA V5 R16 from the input 2D-Drawings (Tiff) and Solid Models which are in CATIA V4 R4.2.4 and save the CATIA V5 R16 parts in DPM-ENOVIA a online database for Engineering product management thus used the parts in their respective Sub-Assembly Assembly and Higher Assembly to get complete Modules of Car-Body of Train like Under-Frame Side-Walls End-Portals Roof assembly as suggested in the SOW (Statement of work) if any clash and clearance of parts in assembly raising a query with possible suggestions and execution of query responses on parts or in assembly accordingly preparing Assembly drawing with welding symbols GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance) most of the parts are Sheet-metal so it need to generate unfolded views for Laser-cutting and Calculating optimal sheet size for each sheet-meats part.

Title 2: Creation of DXF files as per SOW guidelines using CATIA V4 & AutoCAD-2002
Role: Open each input tiff file in catia v4 which are drawings deleting all dimensions as per the guidelines by client and save as .DXF file in catia v4 now open .DXF catia v4 file in Auto-Cad 2002 zoom all and fit to screen save as .DXF in Auto-CAD 2002 R12 if any data loss we need to work in Auto-CAD & save as .DXF files again for quality check take print of the .DXF Auto-Cad tiff and the input SAP tiff compare both modify if required last save as .DXF in Auto-CAD 2002 R12 output should match with SAP tiff and delivery of .DXF Auto-C ad 2002 R12 output

Title 3: Creating of mirror inverted models, drawings and cutting contours for already existing models in CATIA V4 R4.2.4 by using CATIA V4 R4.2.4
Role: Study of input left-hand 3D-models assemblies and 2D-drawings in catia v4 and then creating mirror inverted part (right-hand part) in a new catia v4 file by copy paste and mirroring of left-hand part then making link between them in VPM (Virtual Product Manager) analyzing left & right parts creation of Sketch Creation of right-hand assemblies replacing the newly created Right parts in the assembly creation of drawings for right-assemblies quality checking Final delivery

Title 4: Design & Assembling of Light Rail Vehicle for Augsburg (Eskisehir) project.
Role: Establishing 3D models for the Locomotive in System Catia Bombardier using VPM – ENOVIA Structuring of the catia v4 models in VPM-ENOVIA according to the existing nomenclature and BOM into Primary parts subassemblies assembly modules and the complete vehicle Creating the 3D components using sheet metal and solid modeling concepts assemble the created components in catia v4 using VPM-ENOVIA as per the assembly welding symbols welding preparation is done solid models creation of the 2D-drawings for parts sub-assemblies and assemblies.

Title 5: Modeling and Assembling of Under-Frame steel structure of Rhein Neckar project.
Role: In this project we have taken the input from Rhein Neckar under-frame structure parts and assembles as 2D-Autocad drawings , those input part drawings are modeled in to 3D-Catia-V4 models and assembled into relative subassembly modules as mention in input BOM (Bill of Materials) using VPM-ENOVIA to get the final under-frame 3D solid structure assembly as suggested in the SOW.

Title 6: Creation of MFG and SKETCH models for the primary parts and ECR execution
Role: In this project the engineering models for the primary part is created in CATIA V5 R16 by the BT-Austria mentioning the necessary details for manufacturing such as welding symbols, geometric tolerance and roughness values through FD&T information. accordingly MFG model, SKETCH model is generated in CATIA V5 R16 showing all the details as per the ENG model engineering modifications are carried out in assembly and parts according to the given engineering changes suggested by the client in the ECR document.
