Flight testing platforms included F-16 A/B and C/D, A-10, A4M, A6E, A7E, AV-8B and C, F/A-18 A/B, C/D, E/F. Primary duties encompassed developing flight test profiles reflecting customer CONOPS along with threat engagement operations, directing flight test activities, performing pilot EW pre-briefings and post mission debriefings and recorded data reduction and analysis. Responsible for supporting multiple development, production and maintenance programs both in house and in the field. While on active duty demonstrated leadership, in-depth technical understanding and joint operations with coalition partners. Deployed to Egypt in support of “Peace Pharaoh” standing up the in-field EW reprogramming capability. In charge of NATO special projects involving the Wild Weasel reconfiguration modifications to existing ECM systems enabling new countermeasures techniques. Using the latest RF intelligence data and CONOPS designed the software reprogramming parameters and supervised the upgrades. Installed, integrated and tested “bought off” new systems being acquired for the Advanced Wild Weasel. Tasks included attending system factory training classes, validating I Level training programs and installation of I Level test facilities and providing training to I Level support personnel.
