EXPERIENCE

Work long shifts including overnights at apartments, stores, and office buildings.
Called police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. Observed and reported suspicious activities.

05-11 to 07-11, (on call) Bartender for FOOD TEAM.
Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to bar set-up area. Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Process all payment methods. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties. Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests` service needs. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
I serve as a bartender at private parties.
03-09 to 05-11, Cleaning Technician, Bonneau Cleaning Service (Labor),
Cleaned condos, high-rise apartments and newly developed houses and prepare them for public sale. Duties include clean elevators, windows, hardwood and carpet floors, steps, banisters, light fixtures and bedrooms including sweeping, mopping, waxing, dusting, polishing, vacuuming rugs and carpet. Used a variety of equipment such as wet vacuum, shampooer, hardwood floor cleaner/polisher, etc. to perform cleaning duties. Performed light maintenance such as un-jam trash chutes, remove and/or install entry or closet doors and replace relay switches on electric doors. Used a variety of cleaning products to perform cleaning duties. Knowledge of these products prevents damage to windows and paint. Changed large trash receptacles and remove bulk trash.
Cleaned DC area 7- Eleven stores. Duties included thoroughly clean and remodel vaults, buff and wax floors, disassemble and re-assemble shelves and cabinets for cleaning, power-wash outside of store; disinfect molded areas and objects, use steam machine for larger objects, clean and install freezer, refrigerator, slurpee and soda machines, clean window and remove hard debris.
04-10 to 06-10 Securitas Security Services – part-time
Patrolled commercial premises such as retail store or apartment complex to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Monitored and authorized entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Provided customer service including answering telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provided information during non-business hours. Warned persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary. Position included standing long periods of time

Performed as a security guard patrolling a construction site located in Ashburn, VA. Checked employees’ IDs and badges to ensure they were authorized to work onsite.
