Managed and maintained a development data center for an application team spread throughout the country. Resolved all issues quickly to provide coworkers with environmental access they needed while being on call 24/7. Drove and accurately designed the tape management process between our client and the DISA teams to allow for an early implementation date. Found all issues with equipment upon arrival and swiftly reported issues to client, contractors, and implementation partners, and quickly created and executed workarounds to remedy problems.
