PRESENT JOB PROFILE

• Working for 4500 TPD Burning Line Project for Instrumentation Dept.

• Worked 1-months for Software FAT in FLSmidth Chennai.Involved in the Hardware FAT & carried out the following functions

• Checked the Panels like Power supply Cabinets(PDB), Interface Cabinets(DIC&AIC), Network/Dispatch Cabinets, PMIO Cabinets, Controller Cabinets & Servers Cabinets with BOM, Panels Layouts & Wiring Drawings for all sections Cabinets.

• Carried out the Power ON Checking for all the above mentioned Cabinets.

• Involved in the Software FAT & Carried out the following functions,

Checking MIMCs pages of each section with P&ID, I/O are considered for each Eqpt/Drive with I/O’s list.

• Checked the Group start stop sequence with Sequence list, Group starting Interlocks, machine protection I/L’s & Sequence interlocks for each group, each machine with Interlocks list for Raw mill, PRH, Kiln, Cooler, Coal mill & Utilities sections.

• Checked the Measures with Measures list, Parameters with Parameters list & Warnings & Alarms settings with same lists.

• Checked the Groups / Machines operations in simulation mode by simulating the required inputs with functional specification document.

• Creating & configuring the Controllers for each section.

• Loading the data (CM’s) to the Servers & to the Controllers.

• Creating & loading the IOP modules to the Servers & to the Controllers.

• Carried out the PI(Plant Information) System Installation, Operation, Creation & Configuration of Tags & Generating the Reports.

• Looking after Erection & Commissioning of the Pyro & Utilies section for Instrumentation Dept.

• Checking & maintaining the details of all the instruments for the sections & follow-up the material discrepancies.

• Coordinating for all the section works like Installation of all the panels, trays, mounting of the field instruments, laying & termination of cables, as per the Designed Drawings with E&I contractor & handling the corrections & modifications for the site non-suitability’s.

• Handling all the Dept works/issues in absence of superior (next to me).

• System studying, floating enquires, preparing comparative statements for Gas Analyzers, VFD’s, Shell Scanner systems, Cooler Camera Systems, Pyrometer system, PLC/DCS system.

• Preparation of instruments list, drives list and I/O’s estimation for 4500 TPD Expansion Cement Plant.

• Preparation of DI, DO, AI, AO List.

• Materials Checking & approving VFD's (L&T), I/O panels(Siemens), Gas analyzers(ABB), Metal Detectors(PBL), PLC/DCS system hardware’s, CCTV systems(Thermoteknic, Toshniwal & SB Engg) & all field instruments (RF type level switches, DP switches , Pressure Switches, Proximity Switches with controllers, Pressure Transmitters, DP Transmitters, Temp transmitters, Radar level Transmitters etc), .

• Preparation of Control Cable Schedule and termination details for Field instruments to JB’s & JB’s (FJB, DJB, and IJB) to I/O panels in RABH (Reverse Air fan Bag house) & Kiln section.

• Installation of PLC/DCS system Hardware’s ( PLC CPU S7-400 , Power supply , Central Processor , Bus Modules , I/O Modules , Interface Modules(ET-153) , front connectors , Sitops(10A & 5A) , Scalens , OLM’s ).

• Internal looping of ET Modules with Profibus DP connector & Profibus DP cable.

• Looping of VFD’s, Weigh Feeders, and Belt Weighers with Profibus DP to IO panels.

• Setting up of a LAN system & assigning Access permissions for Clients (HMI), Server, Redundant Server, Engineering station.

• Installation, Calibration & Commissioning of following field instruments. Such as RF type level switches (Nivo controls), DP switches , Pressure Switches , Proximity Switches with controllers, , RTD’s (Pt-100type), Thermocouple (k-type) & Vibration sensors (Shinkwa )

• Installation, Calibration & Commissioning of. Pressure Transmitters (Yokogawa), DP Transmitters (Yokogawa), Temp transmitters (Yokogawa), and Radar level Transmitters (Rosemount).

• Installation, Calibration & Commissioning of Temp Scanner (PEPL) for Motor winding Temp & Sequential Timer Controller for Bag Filter.

• Installation & Commissioning of Pyrometers for Non contact type Temp Measurement.
