Recently Arranged Certified Workshop on “Structural Bioinformatics” from 14th March to 19th March, 2011 at IBM Centre for Excellence in REC for Final Year B.Tech Biotechnology and M.Tech., Biotechnology students and the workshop was conducted by ScientiaBio Bangalore under the course Instructor Monisha Hajra.

Collaborative and team research work:

I am well trained to carry out my assigned research works and also in collaboration with other experts. Familiar with many research techniques to carry on work independently or as a team player, to analyze and present research data in regular lab meetings as well as regularly attended in the national and international scientific meetings as an oral and poster presenter. Title of the Project: “Characterization of Cytokines, Antibodies, Wolbachia Surface Protein antigens in Lymph and its Corresponding Serum and T Cell Receptor Repertoire in Lymph of Chronic Pathology Patients with Lymphatic Filariasis.” Called for PAC Meeting by AICTE on 09 March, 2010.

Title of the Project: “Characterization of Cytokines, Antibodies, Wolbachia Surface Protein (WSP) antigens in Lymph and its corresponding Serum and T cell Receptor Vᵝ gene Repertoire in Lymph of Chronic Pathology patients with Lymphatic Filariasis to Understand the Immunopathological Mechanisms leading to Lymphoedema Formation and reduce the morbidity through Immunotherapeutics in patients harbouring Bancroftian Infection.”
